Will Varney, a local clam digger with a passion for cooking, decided to bring his culinary dreams to life by opening his own restaurant. With years of experience working in various Long Island kitchens, Will was well-equipped to create a menu that highlights the best of local seafood and American classics. Randi Varney, who grew up right here in Brookhaven, brought her deep-rooted love for the community and a dedication to excellent service, ensuring every guest feels like family.

To enhance their culinary offerings, the Varneys partnered with their family friend, Bill Lengyel, whose culinary expertise has been a vital part of our success. Together, they have cultivated a menu that features standout dishes such as our famous Lobster Rolls, succulent Mussels Red, the melt-in-your-mouth Codfish Grenobloise, and savory Baked Clams.
